What we do here

We explore the art of food. Even though we are focused on modernist and “ultimate” styles of cooking. We love all types of food. We do more than provide recipes. We provide our recipe notes, our thought processes, and our failures. We believe that by providing these steps, you will not only be able to reproduce the food we create, you will be able to create your own customized version of these recipes.

While we are not a music blog, we do explore music.  In our world, music and food are intertwined with each other and we love all types of music.  In fact, there are only two types of music, good and bad.

We want our visual work to inspire people.  If our images and videos encourage you to travel to Asia or to try your hand at sous vide cooking, we have done our job.
